Workshops

I run a limited number of day workshops in Somerset and Devon each year. If you are interested in attending a session in 2026 (I’m all sold out for this year) - please sign up to my newsletter to receive information. The price per day is approximately £140 and places are limited to eight per class. All skill levels are welcome and all materials are provided.

Translating with Paint

With over 20 years of experience, I create as a direct response to location and sensation - from the calming Somerset countryside to the dramatic and dynamic Devon coastline. I use colour relationships to build compositions and convey mood. My paintings are full of atmosphere, balancing abstraction with figuration and using my paint as a visual language balancing structure and spontaneity . I work primarily in oils and acrylics, always aiming to convey a strong sense of place and emotion.
